  • 1 ripe banana (medium size)
  • 1 cup plain, unsweetened greek yogurt
  • 2 peeled oranges
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 2 Tbsp ground flaxseed
  • 1 Tbsp almond butter
  • 4 oz water
