Salmon, Dandelion Detox Salad with Creamy Pesto dressing

Ingredients:

Salad:

  • 4 cups dandelion greens
  • 1 cup parsley
  • ½ avocoado
  • 2 celery sticks
  • 2 TBSP sun dried tomatoes
  • 4 artichoke hearts
  • ½ cup canned wild salmon
  • optional: ¼ cup feta or goat cheese(crumble)

Dressing:

  • ½ cup canned coconut milk
  • 2 TBSP pesto
  • dash salt
  • Blend until smooth

Directions:

  1. Mix all salad ingredients together
  2. Add dressing and toss well
  3. Add cheeseIMG_4134
